Meet My Sleep Teacher- Personalized Toddler Sleep Support Is Here

For too long, toddlers have ruled bedtime. Their tiny feet come pitter-pattering down the hall after you’ve tucked them back in for the 20th time. Their adorable—and equally infuriating—whines convince you to let them into your bed at 2:00 a.m. because you’re simply too tired to fight anymore. And somehow, no matter how poorly everyone slept, they still wake up at 6:00 a.m. ready to go. No coffee necessary.

But no more. Say goodbye to bedtime struggles. My Sleep Teacher is here to help.

Why We Created My Sleep Teacher

As former teachers and pediatric sleep consultants, we know that parents don't need more information thrown at them.

They need someone to help them make sense of the information they already have and apply it to their own child.

That's really the idea behind My Sleep Teacher.

We took the sleep methods and guidance we've developed through our work with families and built a virtual toddler sleep coach around them.

Because your toddler isn't generic.

Your family isn't generic.

And your sleep solution shouldn't have to be either.

What is My Sleep Teacher?

My Sleep Teacher is a personalized sleep tool specifically designed for children ages 18 months–6 years. Parents begin by completing an in-depth intake form that tells us about their child’s schedule, sleep environment, family dynamics, current sleep struggles, and goals.

We ask about their schedule, sleep environment, family dynamics, their current sleep struggles and goals. From there, you receive a personalized sleep plan, 24/7 coaching from an AI sleep coach trained on our methods, and the opportunity to connect directly with us for two questions.

Our goal was simple: take the information we give families every day and make it more accessible, interactive, and available when parents actually need it.

How Does My Sleep Teacher Work?

When you open My Sleep Teacher, you’ll first be prompted to complete an in-depth intake form. Just like when we work with our one-on-one clients, we ask for information about your child’s temperament and personality, sleep environment, current sleep struggles, family dynamics, and sleep goals.

The tool uses all of this information to create your personalized sleep plan. You’ll be told exactly how to set up the room, prepare your child for the changes ahead, create the right schedule and bedtime routine, and, most importantly, implement your sleep training method. This gives you step-by-step guidance on exactly what to do each night as your child learns to fall asleep independently.

Each night, as you implement the plan, you’ll have access to your trained sleep coach to ask unlimited questions, get advice, or even receive a little moral support when you need it. The next morning, you’ll log how the night went and track your child’s progress. From there, the guidance can adjust based on how your child is responding to the plan.

As you consistently implement the plan over the next 2–3 weeks, the goal is for your child to build independent sleep skills, make progress toward sleeping through the night, and help your entire family get the rest they need.

What Does My Sleep Teacher Help With?

My Sleep Teacher really gets to the crux of the problem parents encounter when trying to navigate sleep.

There is no shortage of information about sleep. You can spend hours researching sleep schedules, wake windows, nap transitions, bedtime routines, sleep training methods, and nighttime wake-ups—and still be left wondering, Okay, but what do I actually do with my child?

We’ve worked with over 1,000 families, and time and time again, the feedback we hear is: “We just needed someone we trusted to tell us what to do.” That’s why we created My Sleep Teacher. My Sleep Teacher brings that information together in one place and uses it to create a plan and ongoing guidance for your unique child. And when the night starts to fall off the rails—when they’ve been awake for an hour at 2:00 a.m. or you know letting them into your bed would get everyone back to sleep—the coach is there to talk you through what to do next. The goal? For independent sleep and peaceful nights to become your family’s new normal.

And here’s the kicker. With your subscription you’ll also get access to Emily and Randi twice.

Why Not Just Google or ChatGPT?

You may be thinking, “Can’t I just ask ChatGPT?”

It’s a fair question.

There are many general-purpose AI tools that can answer questions about toddler sleep. And while they can provide information, My Sleep Teacher was created specifically for toddler sleep and specifically around our approach to sleep.

The difference is the methodology behind the tool.

My Sleep Teacher uses trained AI agents designed to provide guidance based on the Teaching Sweet Sleep method. That means parents aren't simply asking a general AI tool a question and hoping the response aligns with the approach they want to take.

Instead, they're entering a coaching experience built specifically around toddler sleep by two moms and former elementary school teachers.

The goal isn't simply to answer a question. It's to help parents understand what may be happening, determine what factors are relevant to their situation, and figure out how to apply our approach to their individual child.

Maybe your toddler's bedtime was going well until they learned how to climb out of the crib.

Maybe your 2-year-old suddenly starts refusing their nap.

Maybe your toddler is waking at 5:00 a.m. and you aren't sure whether to change their schedule.

Maybe you've made a change and now you're wondering, Is this normal? Should I keep going? Should I change something?

Those are the moments when parents often need support the most.

What Can My Sleep Teacher Help With?

My Sleep Teacher was created to help parents navigate many of the common sleep challenges that come up during the toddler years.

That can include:

  • Bedtime battles and stalling

  • Climbing out of the crib

  • Transitioning to a toddler or big-kid bed

  • Nap refusal

  • Bedtime fears

  • Toddler bed transitions

  • Early morning wake-ups

  • Nighttime wake-ups

  • Needing a parent to fall asleep

  • Sleep associations

  • Questions about whether your toddler is ready to drop their nap

And perhaps most importantly, it can help parents figure out what to do when something changes.

Toddler sleep is constantly evolving, which means parents often need to adjust their approach as their child grows.

Toddler sleep doesn’t come with a manual—but now, it can come with a teacher.

My Sleep Teacher is officially here.

If bedtime battles, night wakings, early mornings, nap refusal, or constant sleep changes have left you wondering what to do next, we created this for you.

Get your personalized sleep plan, follow your step-by-step guidance, and have support there when toddlerhood inevitably throws you a curveball.
